Townhouse Redux

// 2016

// Brooklyn, New York

// Feasibility Study

// 3600 SF

Our response to a brief that spelled out hyper-minimal white cube. We worked to preserve the existing quasi-suburban language of the current row house to maintain the low-key street frontage, while playfully manipulating the language of a neo-modern interior with mirrored and textured surfaces. Existing doors and windows were replaced to create a funny hybrid aesthetic between suburban kitsch and minimalism; old-school Williamsburg Townhouse and Chelsea Gallery.
